At LEC, we offer counseling to adolescents, young adults, couples and families. To better accommodate our clients, sessions are performed at our office, over the phone or via Skype. As Christian counselors, we help people find solutions to their problems by teaching conflict resolution techniques, listening skills, and communicating their feelings and needs clearly. Also, when dealing with difficult family members, teaching clients to add a few boundaries and accepting the other person’s limitations in the relationship can bring some peace.
